(... because my camera is again at home when there's a moment i'd like to capture for the blog. and i don't have time for a proper post.)
- there's a decent amount of snow up here and my brand new track skis got used for the first time on monday: skiing under northern lights!!
- it's mørketid (= "dark time") now, which means that the next time i'll see the sun is on the trip to germany in a couple of weeks.
- instead of sunlight, we get super long dawn and dusk with awesome colours. right now, the moon shines through a thin stripes of bright pink clouds above the mountains to the south - what a view when sitting in the office working on big, annoying documents!
- understanding a meeting held in norwegian where details of certifications and aviation rules and regulations are discussed is waaaaay easier than following a seminar on improving communication held in nynorsk.
- yesterday morning, i was greeted by a dead bird in my office - tonight, i'm gonna watch 9 others eating said bird. i'll stick to the green beans. happy thanksgiving!
